  • Clean burners and inspect heat exchangers
  • Clean and adjust thermostat
  • Lubricate motors and bearings as needed
  • Clean and adjust pilot assembly
  • Drain expansion tank or change filters
  • Test & adjust pressure regulator
  • Test & adjust operation of safety controls
  • Inspect flue pipe and/or draft diverter
  • Monitor for combustion leakage
